Hi

I'm doing a birch sap and magnolia flower wine, and I'm putting some apple juice in too.

Does anyone have any thoughts on whether it's better to boil the must or add a campden tablet instead? I know birch sap can go wrong quite easily so I'm keen to clear everything at the start, but I wonder if boiling the magnolia may damage the delicate flavour
