Been reading a lot about hops. Like yeast, there's quite a lot out there, they're mostly new to me and it's bewildering just thinking about which ones to try. Anyway, here's a site I came across. It won't help much. Seems like every hop is recommended for lagers.

All those English hops are primarily used in ales. Have a look at the hop articles in the ingredients forum, there is some guidance in the stickies.

If you like you can PM me and I'll give you lots of hop information and advice.

I would just have challenger for bittering, then ekg & fuggles as later editions, maybe 20 mins then 10 mins and 5 if you want, though being a bitter, i'd leave it at 10 personally. Dont see the point of blending the bittering hops really

I personally would use less torrified wheat. Ive never used more than 200g and the crystal will help the head retention. If you have any, you can just replace the whole lot with regular wheat at around 10%.
