Cleared out my chest freezer yesterday and took out the following to make 5 gallons of wine.

8 Kg of Blackberries
500g Blackcurrants
500g Blueberries
500g Raspberries

And added

500ml Richies Red Wine Concentrate
5 Teaspoons Pectalose
5 Teaspoon Yeast nutrient
5.5Kg Sugar
18L water

Lalvin RC212 Yeast

OG 1092 -

I've 30g of Oak Chips add in secondary.
 
That looks like a great wine, please let us know how it turns out.
I've got a blackberry wine clearing nicely in DJ in the garage at the moment.👍
