Hi all,
I have just created a small batch of blueberry cider. Blueberry isn't really known for it flavour profile I know but I just thought i'd give it a go.
I have just taken a hydrometer reading which is now 1000 and i'm ready to syphon into a secondary vessel. When I tried it it tasted ok but was lacking in blueberry flavour and only gives off a slight taste. This was probaby due to using 1.5 litres of Blueberry juice to 3 litres of apple juice.
When I come to bottle this up, would there be a way of adding a slight kick in flavour? possibly a blueberry syrup maybe? It would also be nice if it was slightly tart too, would there be a way of adding that in?
Thanks
