I've just supped the last of a Milestone Dark Galleon - and very nice it was too. I'd put half in swing-tops and half in crown bottles. The swing tops all had a much higher level of carbonation in them. They were much harder to pour and produced much more head than the crown bottles. Anyone else noticed anything similar or got an explanation?
