I think oxygen has found its way into this one. The aroma initially seems nice but then there is something that shouldn't be there. Same goes for the flavour. Definitely something wrong.

So on Friday I filled 3 bottles using the technique I thought was right and how your bottles were filled. I have kept them in the garage and opened one today to see how it looked. See attached- all good. I am confused. I am going to follow @dan125 technique next. If you have had a bad beer from me let me know and I will send another out tomorrow. In other words open tonight if you haven't already

I have never seen a beer turn as quick. I am in no rush for it, if your struggling for packaging. My Belgian beer will be another 2 weeks before bits ready.

I will see what I have that I can use. Had a box of beers arrive today so could re-use that.

All bottled the same.

3 were bottled from one keg and the other 3 from another. Both look the same when poured.
