Hi Everyone,
I was just looking at a youtube video where someone opened a bottle of their strawberry cider and it went everywhere and was clearly over carbonated. The person in the video said it was becuase he didn't take a gravity reading before bottling.
My question then is if you take a gravity reading then how do you know how much sugar to use for priming for a good cider carbonation assuming using 500ml bottles?
