Bottling Tuesday

After a month in FV, my Saison is finally in bottles.
Wyeast 3724 are fantastic but will not be using them again.

Yeah labels are great. No need to clean bottles from old labels. Just open bottle, bottle cap into bin, and thats it. Another thing, if i have more than one beer style in the same crate, i dont need to take bottles out of it to find the one i want.

Why? The dreaded .02 stall?

Why? The dreaded .02 stall?

I said i will not be using them again, but its more like i need to plan brew days better. 3724 loves high temp (last 4 days in 27C) so it means i culdnt use my fridge for another fermentation and my fridge can easilly take two FV.
