I've racked my tc into my bottling bucket how long can I leave it in there before bottling.

Hi!
ASAP.
Get a lid on the bucket to keep out any "nasties".
If you have CO2 you could flood the headspace to protect the cider, but the safest way is to get it into bottles mucho quicko.

I've had it in for 24 hours going to bottle tonight will that be ok

I usually rack my beers off into another FV with lid after 10 days or so when the fermentation has almost died, . They then usually get another 6 days before packaging. I haven't noticed any adverse effects on the beer by doing this. So my advice is if you feel the need to package tonight fine, but another day or so if its more convenient won't do it any harm, provided its covered. And if you haven't got a lid for your bottling bucket cling film is fine.

Thanks for the advice
