Anyone else entering? I've signed up for an APA and a RIS so far, but might use up my other two possible entries later if slots are still available.

Yes, I've very optimistically taken on 4 entries but it'll be nothing short of a miracle if I have 4 beers brewed in time :)

I’m also being a bit optimistic, not even brewed the RIS yet. Hope it has time to mellow out before the competition.

For a bit of fun, make throw an entry in, possibly my RIS. But how do they define it as such? Is there requirements for beer types?

    As far as
You have to say which BJCP category your beer comes under, and they judge against that definition of the style.

How do you know you have brewed a RIS which I assume is a Russian Imperial Stout?

Seemed a shame to leave my last possible entry unfilled, putting a Grapefruit IPA in the fruit beer category.

I'd have sent my last batch of macaroon to you but had issues, with carbing in the warm weather
