Today I Started my tidy WOW brew, after speaking to Roddy he advised I try the Strawberry syrup recipe. However I could only get hold of two bottles of the strawberry syrup. Instead I added a bottle of raspberry for the third bottle. It is now bubbling away at 25'c.

One query, when making WOW wines do any of you rack off into a secondary fermentation vessel or just keep it in the same one throughout?

I always rack when fermentation has finished there is usually quite a bit of sediment and certain juices are a lot worse than others.

Yeh, I'll rack to a second FV (glass carboy) and then stabilise and clear from there

I always use finings on my wows to get them to clear which involves stirring it up twice for the two parts. So it makes sense to limit the amount of sediment that's getting stirred up. There's always a sh1tload of gunk left in the primary after racking
