Does anyone use brewfather, no chill in the boiler and leave the hops in?

If so, do you use the whirlpool / no chill time in the equipment settings?

As you'd expect I often use flame out and or 5min hop additions, but dont account for the bitterness they may add while cooling.

Would I set the no chill time to the duration I keep the wort in the boiler (approx. 24hrs), or the time it takes to cool to sub 70/75c (never timed this)?

I dont whirlpool.
 
I don't use this software, but the documentation states -

Recommended starting point for No-Chill brewing is a whilrpool time of 30 minutes and 90+C hopstand temperature. These numbers need to be tweaked based on your setup and ambient temperature.

Finally got round to trying this. My Sierra Nevada clone jumped from 33ibu to 60 and a pale ale from 30ibu to 53. The Sierra Nevada is definitely more bitter than the pale ale, but I don't think its 60 ibu!
