I’m blown away by this book. Brewing and Malting Practically Considered by Frank Thatcher printed and published in 1898.

My girlfriend’s parents own a book business and found this in a new load of books that came in. It’s such an in depth and thorough piece of brewing literature, beautifully illustrated.

I’ve got several brewing books but this is going to take pride of place in the ever growing collection.
