My mate is like that, he calls his brewery the Slapdash Brewery :lol: When I ask him how much grain he used or what quantity of hops went in he'll reply "some grain" or "some hops" :shock: Presumably that gives him "some alcohol" and "some IBU's"

Still he's happy drinking his brews so I leave him to it. He usually turns out decent brews, but he's lucky like that. He could fall into a bucket of sh1t and come out smelling of roses and I'd fall in with my mouth open
