Hi All,
After a 15+ year break from brewing, I have decided to return.
1st brew was a pretty crappy budget IPA. Worked out that the King Keg top tap was letting the gas out and the air in. Not an ideal combination.
Think I've sorted that now and have just transferred a Woodforde's Admiral's Reserve into it. Let's see if the pressure builds and stays!
Next one up is a Young's Oaked Rum Ale, which I'll bottle (just to be safe).
Look forward to reading all of the hints, tips and suggestions for new brews
