Due to what was available I ordered 5kg of brown malt !
Has anyone a good recipe using a high quantity of brown malt, I do like porters and stouts ??
Thanks

5kg ashock1

The thing with brown malt is it has quite a strong flavour so you dont huge amounts. Fullers London Porter (Graham Wheeler recipe) uses 665g for 23L. It's the only clone brew I've made(Mind you I've haven't made many due to the difficulty in cloning a beer) that tasted almost exactly like the original
