Mornin'!
Yesterday I stumbled through the pantry and found a Bulldog Mixed Berries Cider kit for 20L.
The yeast and (probably non-fermentable) sweetener come in one sachet.
1) What is the best yeast to replace the Bulldog?
Available are Fermentis Safcider, Lalvin D47, QA23, 71B-1122, EC-1118 and K1-V1116.
2) I also have some black- and blueberries in the fridge, a few 100 grams. What is the best way to add them to the most? Sanitise them, pulp them up a bit and add the mess?
I know that it will be a dry cider when leaving out the sweetener, but so be it. Not too found of the taste of artificial sweeteners.
Thanks in advance!
