Okay, no beating about the bush – this was a huge disappointment. The pack only has concentrate and yeast, so a rather confident start from the manufacturer. However, the yeast already contains sweetener; for me a no-no. Therefore, I used Young's wine yeast for white or red - dessert /high alcohol. Sadly, what resulted was a rather watery and tasteless affair, even after a few weeks of maturing. As you might have guessed by now, this is not going to feature on my to-buy list ever again.
