Why, oh why, can I not find anywhere that sells this type of bottle?

There is one site that has then marked as out of stock but the rest don't....are they hard to come by at the best of times?

So now I have the decision to make whether to us standard green or clear bottles for my Sauvignon Blanc. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Cheers

Anthony

I bought 48 brown 750ml Bordaux shape bottles (see below) when i started these are screw top and have been fine why must it be Burgundy?

I use Novatwist reusable caps - Novatwist Reusable Plastic Screw Caps For Wine Bottles.

Hiya Chippy Tea,

There isn't anything wrong with Bordeaux style or the others as I have used them before but I find that the Burgundy style is just a bit more fancy than the others.

What I wanted to do is emulate all the other Sauvignon Blancs that we drink, which are all this style bottle.

I went back to my home town where there is a homebrew shop and the lady there explained that they're not as popular these days, she asked how many I needed but could only supply 4, not 34!

In the end, I went for the Bordeaux style.......

These have green Burgundy style bottles. There are a choice of styles under the main picture.
