I've just received a (beer related) order from amazon, including this book: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1157 ... ss_product
Now, it turns out I have spent a tenner on some pages from the wikipedia site! :(
Surely this is a con? Or have I missed that these "books llc" titles are just printed webpages that are all free online??
I'd return it, but I'll get stung for a fiver postage from here anyway.
I think I need a drink :drunk:

Ouch
Think I'd complain to Amazon and inform others by writing a review at the Amazon webpage

Yes indeed .. firstly complain to amazon. But nearly a tenner for 54 pages?

Yep, I fired off a mail as soon as I realised what I'd got, and my review is awaiting approval...
This must be a case for the trade descriptions act
We'll see what amazon says, if they bother replying.

Anyway homebrewing has saved me more than a few tenners already so I'm not too put out, the only thing I wonder is who is pocketing cash, I thought wikipedia was not for profit :hmm:
