Ok, thinking of doing a batch of TC. Was going to do 2 x 5L jugs. Will I need 2 x packets of yeast or can I use x 1 and then just split it between the 2 x FV’s

And you can reseal the pack with an iron, or curling tongs or hair straighteners and bang it in the fridge or freezer and it'll keep for years.

Make sure the package and whatever you use to cut it open are clean and sanitized. After using part of the pack fold it closed and secure it with a paper clip. Put it in the fridge and it should be fine.
My next batch will be fermented using a partial pack done this way.
