I've got a pilsner kit which has been in primary for about 2 weeks at about 14°C and hit the expected F.G a couple of days ago. I've turned this up to 18°C for a day or two or so before I cold crash it at 3-4°C on Friday evening. I'll then fine it with Gelatin on Saturday morning and aim to bottle and keg it on Sunday.

My packaging plan is to draw off and batch prime 6 litres for bottling. Do the bottles then go back into the Fermentation chamber at 14°C to carbonate or will they be fine at room temperature before I lager them in the corner of the keezer for 3 weeks?

The remaining 16-17 litres are going into a Keg does this need to be carbonated before lagering or just purged and left alone until I'm ready to put it on the gas and carbonate it?
