I would personally use us05 for that, a single hop cascade brew with us05 is really lovely

Thx. I've used that in the past and made a lovely beer. I will probably grab a pack when in the HBS tomorrow....tho I could try and culture it from the beer I still have. May have a play with trying as I haven't done that before, with a backup safely in the fridge
