Yes you can do that or you can re-prime it and it will generate enough CO2 to protect itself until you drink it.

I'll skip the curry but I'm up for the gallon challenge, I only need another six pints. Shouldn't be too hard as I'm off out for the evening for a mates birthday!
 
Right, Mrz Wez did the honors with keeping the cask cool all day :clap: wet towels and freezer block rotation :cool: The beer is serving at 15c - I can handle that :D

Carbonation is great, I like this beer anyway from bottle so taste wise I'm loving it.
