Hi, I've just racked this after a 10 ferment and the wine smells and tastes of cinnamon. Is this normal? Or has anyone had the same result and do you think it may settle down with a bit of ageing?

I've only done one Cellar 7 that being the Cabinet Sauvignon, unfortunately it wasn't great and made the decision for me that if I was going to make wine kits the it's worth spending a little more. The Beaverdale Shiraz I brewed fairly recently tasted much better.
 
Thanks for that. Got the cellar 7 kit so I could have something to drink while my beverdale nebbiolo aged a bit in the bottle.
I'll see what it like anyways
