Two weeks ago I started making a homemade cherry wine and after one week I racked the wine and put nto secondary fermentation.
OG was 1.110 and after a week if was 1.020.
I added about 4 cups of cherry juice to top off the demy John which of course had sugar in it. After a day I noticed small particles floating from bottom to top. Then I thought that maybe I didnt add enough yeast so I added a 1/4 teaspoon more to just kill that off.Thought maybe just some remnants from the actual cherries. should I just keep waiting and racking until it gets clearer?
any suggestions? thank you
