Ok! How is it not cider? ABV?

When we make a DJ of supermarket juice wine we add sugar to the amount of sugar in the cartons to get to 1100g total which gives 13% - 14% when it gets down to .990.

When making cider from cartons of apple juice they don't add extra sugar each carton has 110g of sugar so their total is 440g.
