How did your apple and mango turn out? I just bottled mine, recipe as follows:

2.5L Apple juice (Asda)
2L Mango Juice (Asda)
110g dextrose
1 tsp yeast nutrient
1 tsp pectolase
Bulldog sweet cider yeast
1 cup strong (added at the end as I forgot when setting up)

It tasted ok before bottling, though it was warm and flat. Looking forward to the finished product!

It was a bit ad hoc
Used apple juice fresh mangoses that I blitzed
Pectalose
Yeast
Yes
Then dextrose to carbonate in bottles
