I’m going to another can pimp and I’m hoping to use 100g of Citra and Mosaic with 50g Nelson Sauvin in a two stage dry hop. Having never used NS I’m wandering about the amount and hoping for a little advice. Cheers.

I’ve not used NS but I find that with most hops I use 50% Mosaic compared to the other hops otherwise it just tastes of mosaic (unless that’s what you’re going for!)

I use 60g of Nelson Sauvin in a 23 litre batch of saison and that’s nice but not strong tasting (I was trying to give the impression of the beer being aged in wine barrels). It will stand up with Citra nicely as light and fresh tasting and I would say maybe treat it the same as Citra. It might taste like you’ve overdone the Nelson Sauvin at first but it quickly settles down.
