Any advice how to get rid of hop particles from plate chiller.

2 brews ago, I didn’t use the hop spider and got some hop matter in my plate chiller. I cleaned it after use with chemclean.

I now have small bits of hop stuck in it. I have ran hot tap water through it, I have recirculated hot water with Chem clean at least 2 on the last occasion for about 20 minutes, I have let it soak over night with chem clean in it. I have used it on my last brew. It only comes out when I first turn it on, there there is a few particles afterwards. I have turned it on and off numerous times but it still remains.

any advice how I can get it clean?

Having problems myself. Even cause infection in my last brew.
From what I've heard should reverse flow to rince then flush with boiling wort for 20 mins before chilling to the fv
