I don't know the answer but I've never seen such a thing.

The pressure of the CO2 in a gas bottle is pretty immense (about 900psi according to the internet), so you'd need a hose that could sustain that kind of pressure, plus a safety margin for temperature fluctuations, permanently. I can see that 2,000psi hoses are available, so perhaps there's something out there, but can't imagine it would be very dainty.
 
Push comes to shove I could sell on mine and buy the above but I quite like the fine pressure dial on the one from malt miller
