Hi beer fam- still new- I did a cursory search for this topic but didn’t see anything sorry for reposting if it’s been answered.
I have a Grainfather conical. My 1st Hefeweizen and I’m about 9 days into ferm. The FG is a tad higher than I like but I think I’ve gotten all im going to .
So... to crash or not to crash? Some argue crashing makes it a Krystal - other argue you have to filter to get Krystal. I dumped Trub on days 3 and 6
Thoughts?
