Just done my first A/G in a while, a nice Cascade smash. Trying the new wort cooler, hope it works 🍺🍺

That's an excellent idea! Are you intending to use that throughout fermentation to maintain a steady temperature ?
 
The boil finished at 4.30, 30 min hop stand, then placed into the cooler. The 25L of wort had cooled to 23 degrees by 7.30. I'm pretty happy with that 3 hours. 🍺🍺
Not bad - you'd probably find it would go faster if you stirred the wort a bit or at least swilled the bucket about fairly vigorously.
Any idea how much water it used? (I suppose you could always run the output hose onto the flower beds :-)
