Sitting here drinking my home brewed Mexican Cerveza.
It's still "young" as it's only been maturing for 11 days but it's carbonating up quite well.
Chilled to 5c it goes down quite nicely.

My first ever brew was a Cooper's Mexican cerveza. Not bad at all. Was missing something though. Don't think I was happy with my carbonation and maybe hops next time. Will definitely be in a keg too!!

I bottled mine into 500ml Grolsch style brown swing top bottle, 3.5g of brewing sugar in each bottle.

After 13 days it's carbed up quite nicely, no real head but it's got that lovely ( what I call throat burn) that a nicely chilled (5c) and nicely carbed beer has.
