I've been brewing various things since I had a beer kit for a birthday present over 10 years ago. Since then I've made various malt-extract beers, cider from juice and more recently wine-type concoctions. Currently on the go is a cider kit (in the barrel) home-grown pumpkin wine (maturing) pineapple wine (drinking) and quince wine (drinking). One of the most successful was carrot and beetroot wine using beets from the garden.
Always interested in obscure creations and trying new brews. If it tastes good, I will drink it.
