So my old man made some Ginger Wine back in 1979. We decided to open it and see how it tasted.



Its older than me!! (1986) for me!



Well lets just say it was very rich, nice smell to it and full of flavour. I have no idea of the percentage.



It had a strong vintage aftertaste though. Simular to soy sauce but not salty if you get me.



Either way very impressed with this. The old man did well :P
