I had a trip to Debenhams today and their Christmas tat is all 70% off. I got this set of craft beer glasses for £8.40 down from £28.

I definitely wouldn’t have paid £28 for them but for £8.40 they are a bargain. 6 glasses - tulip, goblet, nonic, shaker, wheat and Pilsner. I’m not a big fan of the shape of the tulip (I’d rather it flared at the top) but I’m having a beer out of it just now and the aroma is carrying nicely.

They aren’t as much of a thing of beauty as the Spieglau glasses but they seem sturdy enough that they won’t get shattered being knocked over by a cat’s tale like my Spieglau IPA and Wheat glasses did.

They are also all a good size, you can comfortably fit a 500ml bottle of beer in any of the glasses.

I like the look of the pilsner one athumb..
It looks a bit like a Sundae glass but I think it’ll be good for my pseudo Pilsner and Kolsch when they are ready.

I like the shape of the wheat beer glass it’s a good height.
