I've used their beer yeasts, but not there wine ones; they seem to do a whole range. Has anyone tried them in WOW type recipes? Do they give any better results than Youngs Super compound?
I am a stick in the mud and have used YSWYC from day one and nothing else i imagine in a cheap supermarket wine the yeast is not going to make much difference but probably would in a "proper" wine otherwise there would be no point in them bringing it to market.
