Hi,

I'm planning to build a brewery set up in my garage. I've seen the plans on the electric brewery but I'm slightly stuck.

I was wondering if anyone had any experience building one and could share any tips. I plan to use 2 converted kegs and a electric control panel. Similar to homebrew Chris on YouTube.

Also was wondering if anyone knew the best place to source parts such as kettle elements for the keg conversion and also what power I would need for it.

Cheers

In hindsight I wish I had gone to the guy who does them on eBay for about. Grand

For a brew controller look at Einbrew 1V or 3V2P. I have the 3 vessel and it works really well.
For parts have a look at home brew builder, excellent service but a bit slow replying to questions. The other option is malt miller, Rob has most things you need.

Just a FO hood I got from eBay. Extracts straight out the back wall. I didn't calculate anything but it does the job nicely. Its a domestic Range size extractor.
