Sorry if this sounds a stupid question with an obvious answer but I'm just not sure. But last Autumn I did my Irish Stout kit and put it in the plastic pressure barrel to age etc with the majority slowly drank over Xmas and new year with some drank late January noting it completely flat and no pressure from the pb. Now I'm looking to sort the utility room out and note I still have maybe several litres of the stuff left. The question being is it likely still ok to drink or more likely off and bad due to pack of pressure?.

If it tastes alright it probably is alright (usually my mantra). Alcohol is quite a good preservative after all.

My experience with off beer is that if it’s off it’s really off (I.e. A pint of vinegar), so if it smells okay and tastes okay its probably fine.
