What does it mean when the recipe says dry hop for 2 weeks ??

Usually it just means that you add the dry hops to the FV after the initial ferment settles down, e.g. in a large mesh bag, weighted with sterile cutlery or glass marbles. Two weeks later, you fish out the bag of hops and bottle the beer.
