Mrs S does love a white wine or rose with tonic.
I have made a couple of rose wines that are on par with the cheap suermarket rose but a bit sweet for her.
Does anyone have a recipe for a good dry rose and a good dry white wine. For the white she like Soave and pinot grigio and for the pink pinot grigio blush.

Thanks in advance

When buying your kits if you see the word "crisp" in the description its a good indicator its going to be dry.

Try the recipe in post one and let it ferment until it gets to .990 How to make Supermarket Juice Wine - HERE.

I am no expert so may have this totally wrong.

I am not sure what you mean I thought wine was either dry, sweet or somewhere in-between by saying it's fruity you are describing it's taste not it's dryness.
