A second batch of beer I made with Liberty Bell has finished in under three days and the flocculation is intense. I'm not going to taste this lot but the first two I did with it did the same thing, fermenting in about 2 days and tasting amazing, as in good enough to drink there and then.

Note: I did hydrate it and then built a litre starter from 1g of yeast that I used for six individual gallons. So you can make a starter, but it's only worth doing for shiggles.

I can see me using this yeast a lot. If the beer comes out of the bottles anything like going in I wouldn't bother with s-04 again.
