This is a little belated as I created this on the 30th of December 2017.
Created two gallons, two dj's.
1/2 tin per dj of youngs elderberry wine kit
juice from 550g of frozen purchased blackberries, spilt over the two (each would slightly different)
760g of added sugar to dj1 ( spilled dissolved suagr solution so guessed that added 20g at least was lost)
780g of added sugar to dj2
1/4 tsp of citric acid, tannin powder, pectolase and wilko yeast nutrient (had to top this (yn) up to full tsp as hydrogen sulphide smell during first few days of ferment, within an hour of adding extra yn smell went.)
16 days later still fermenting away.
