Elderberry Turbo Cider

Does anyone have an Elderberry Turbo Cider recipe?

I’ve done a Google search and it doesn’t return anything that is usable.

Elderberries are very high in tannin and that makes them basically unsuitable except in low quantities. You might try a few in a blackberry or raspberry TC recipe, for an experiment.

Thanks for the response.

I’ve made Elderflower Turbo in the past, and it’s quite drinkable. I thought that the berries might have made a red version.

The lack of recipe on the net suggests, as you have done, that it’s a non-starter.
