My British Gas smart meters allow me to have free electric between 09:00 and 17:00 on a saturday or sunday. Anyone else taking advantage of this for brewing.
I now brew only on a Saturday knowing my electric costs for running my 2.4kw HLT or boiler are free.

We have cheap electricity every night from 12 midnight to 7am ... :thumb:

... as a result, my request for a bigger pot for brewing on a gas ring got knocked back by SWMBO ... :nono: :nono:

... who suggested that I should brew through the night!
