End of Fermentation

I started a red wine on the 14th Dec have been checking on it regularly since have checked with the hydrometer over the last few days and it is still at the 1.00 line in the instructions it says it should be at 998 should I leave it for a few more days or should I rack it now. I do have a heater on it at the moment when i do rack it should i still have the heater on it. The FM temp at the moment is 18c.Thanks PS The top of the FB is clear with no foam

I would leave it until it gets to .998 or below once racked you do not need heat.
