EVA Barrier Beer Line

Hi,

Has anyone had any experience of the EVA Barrier beer line I keep seeing used in Australia and the US?

It looks to be a kegland product -

There isn't a distributor in the UK that I can find but I can get it from Aliexpress.

Looks excellent for my new kegerator build, really flexible unlike the standard 3/8 line I'm currently using.

I'm not sure if it will fit the normal 3/8 JG fittings that I have so I may have to invest in a load of their Duotight fittings.

Any experience?

I see that a UK eBay seller has pre cut lengths with the stem adapters to go from 5/16 to 3/8 , quite a markup on Chinese prices but it would come quicker for a trial.

The Malt Miller (no affiliation) is the only source I'm aware of in the UK of retail lengths of the Valpar Brewmaster2 and Gen-X, the latter has 1/80 of the gas permeability of standard MDP lines.

Cheers, it's not oxygen ingress I'm really worried about, it's flexibility of the lines.

For my new build I'm looking to have a much cleaner and easier routing of lines in the fridge.

Just pulled the trigger on a big AliExpress order anyway!
