I've recently opened a box that has been sealed in the garage for the last 2-3 yrs that has had all my old brewing stuff in.

In there are bottles of CRS/AMS and lactic acid, bags of calcium cholride and gypsum etc.

Does anyone know if this stuff would still be fine for use now or is it best to chuck it all away and start again?

These are all simple anorganic chemicals. These keep forever. In case of dry stuff, the worst that could happen is that they absorb water and start clumping.

I'm using a bottle of lactic acid that expired in 2009. I feel fine using as It's still very, very tart.
