Just introducing myself. I've been a big fan of cooking and beer since 16 (now 24), I thought I'd give brewing a go as it feels like a nice in between. I'm currently brewing a kit, which is hopefully fermenting away in my wardrobe but I do intend on moving up to all grain once I have understood the basics of the fermentation side.
